Appointment of New CEO
Scana ASA announces that Pål Selvik has decided to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from today. He will be succeeded by Baste Tveito who will take the role as acting CEO.
Baste Tveito is deeply familiar with the company having served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Scana ASA. He brings extensive industry experience from senior management positions in oil and gas, systems industry, and business organizations.

Pål Selvik has agreed to a six-month lock-up period for his shares in Scana.
