Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L. P. and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L. P (collectively, “Herkules“) have today sold 90 million shares in Scana ASA for a price NOK 1,0 per share. Ownership before the sale was 121 million shares, corresponding to 30,76 % of the outstanding shares. New holding is 31 million shares equal to 7,88 % of the company.

Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L. P owns 8,119,111 shares equal to 2,06% and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L. P owns 22,880,889 million shares equal to 5,82 % after the sale.

Morten Blix, Senior Partner at Herkules Capital AS, will withdraw from the board of Scana ASA after the sale.
