Bergen, 18 August 2023: In connection with the extraordinary general meeting of SCANA ASA to be held on 30 August 2023, Brede Selseng has, on 18 August 2023, received proxies for 128 285 524 in Scana. Selseng owns through his related party 1 100 000 shares in Scana and can therefore vote for in total 129 385 524 shares in Scana equivalent to 29.37% of the voting shares.

The proxies received are only valid for the EGM on 30 August 2023.
