Final signature secured from the Rosenberg Worley yard
Scana refers to the stock exchange announcement dated October 5, 2020, regarding a signed letter of intent with the Rosenberg Worley yard in Stavanger for the upgrade of valve control systems on the production vessel Jotun. Skarpenord has today signed a final contract for this delivery.
The agreement covers the delivery of hydraulic power units (HPUs) and the upgrade of valve control systems in accordance with current regulations. In addition, Skarpenord will supply more than 150 actuators in collaboration with valve supplier Valvision AS. The delivery includes control panels, single-acting, double-acting, and linear actuators.

The total order value for the Jotun delivery exceeds NOK 30 million, which is a significant amount for the company. The Jotun project will commence immediately, with equipment delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.
