Scana ASA acquires 50% of the shares in Wear Solutions AS

Scana ASA acquires 50% of the shares in Wear Solutions AS and enters a Joint Venture with shared ownership with Certina Invest AS and takes over operations at Vestby after Folla Tech.

The company has broad and extensive experience in wear technology both within oil and gas (on- and offshore), but also solidly within land-based industry.

Scana-owned Subseatec S AB already works closely with Wear Solutions in various offshore projects and looks forward to the continuation with new colleagues and strengthened expertise.
