Scana company secures substantial contract within emergency power systems.

PSW Power & Automation has signed a substantial contract for the delivery of a series of E-house modules. The project includes design, assembly and testing at PSW factory before shipment to customer location. The delivery will be part of an emergency power system for several data center terminals.

The contract consists of one fixed element and one variable element based on time and materials which gives an estimated contract value of substantial (2) size. The project will start immediately, and delivery will take place from Q3-2024 to Q4-2024.

“During the last decade we have built an extensive competence and capacity for the design and assembly of module-based energy systems. Our factory at Ågotnes and Mongstad facilitates large scale production capacities, custom made for assembly and testing of such systems,” says Eirik Sørensen, Managing Director at PSW Power & Automation.

“The contract demonstrates the position we have established in the market,” says Pål Selvik, CEO in Scana.

(1) A sizeable contract is defined to be between NOK 20 million and NOK 50 million.

(2) A substantial contract is between NOK 50 million and NOK 150 million.

(3) A large contract is over NOK 150 million.
